7pm Heated Hatha Yoga- All Levels Welcome
Thursday: 6pm Tone- Circuit Training
Friday: 8:30am Tone- Circuit Training
Saturday: 8:30am Aerobics, Abs & Glutes
Drop in classes $10 (Intermediate Yoga is a 90 minute class at $13 Drop in).
Prepaid Class Cards available in increments of:
- 5 classes (good for 1 month)- $40
- 10 classes (good for 2 months)- $60

Class Descriptions
Zumba: A combination of motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. Add some spice and flare to your workout! This latin-based group exercise class is fun and easy to do. Each song has its own choreography. No dance experience required!
Heated Hatha Yoga: Emphasis on good mental and physical well-being. Heated Hatha yoga incorporates postures, breathing, and relaxation, while increasing flexibility and body awareness. Yoga is taught in viniyoga tradition and focuses on integration of breath and movement.
Tone: Our unique Circuit Training: Jump from station to station for an intense calorie burning and strength training workout all in one!
Aerobics, Abs & Glutes: A high energy workout incorporating a variety of creative aerobic combinations, and special target exercises to strengthen and tone abs and glutes
